EURASIAN JOURNAL OF APPLIED LINGUISTICS

About The Journal

Eurasian Journal of Applied Linguistics (EJAL) was founded in 2014 as a high quality professional peer-reviewed international academic journal in the field of applied linguistics, with due attention paid to the teaching and learning of all languages as a second or foreign language. The purpose of EJAL is to provide a forum for the exchange of scholarly information and ideas among academics, researchers, teachers, and policy-makers concerned with language and education.

Eurasian Journal of Applied Linguistics (EJAL) is a professional, double blind peer-reviewed international journal devoted to promoting dissemination of scholarly knowledge and exchange of academic research and professional findings on all aspects of second or foreign language (L2) learning and teaching. Due attention is paid to the teaching and learning of all languages as a second/foreign language. To this end, EJAL publishes theoretical and empirical studies in the form of original research, research reviews, case studies, conceptual frameworks, and innovative educational and social ideas with both regional and global perspectives. EJAL has a clear preference for manuscripts with strong theoretical foundation and tangible educational and research implications. We, therefore, invite original submissions from around the world that fit within this aim. Authors are encouraged to submit complete, unpublished, original, and full-length articles that are not under review elsewhere. The online version of the journal is free to access and download. Printed version of the journal is unavailable for the time being.
